eFLAT - Flexible Light Analyser and Test System

The eFlat system was developed for the parallel and automatic test for color as well as intensity of self-luminous object (e.g. LEDs) and displays.

Here the entire spectrum of the visible light is covered. Dark LEDs to brightest LEDs can be tested with one system. It achieves an excellent repetition accuracy, is simple in operation and permits a very fast, fully automatic color evaluation. Fields of application are the electronic industry for In-Circuit test, functional test or other single-workplace solutions.

The installation is very easy. Optical indicators are available for each channel to display the incoming signal quality and to ease the installation and the service for the operator considerably.
Tolerances can be set in chromaticity (x,y,Y) or other color spaces. The teach-in runs off to a large extent fully automatic. No expert knowledge is necessary.

Together with the optical transfer modules and the large number of up to 1024 products flexible and universal test solutions can be build up with an unmatched price-performance ratio.
